Tips

Use this for visual signatures and approval stamps

This page places a drawn signature, imported image, date, or approval stamp onto PDF pages and exports a flattened PDF. It is intended for visible sign-off marks, not cryptographic certificate signing.

Draw or import a signature

Place the same mark on multiple pages

Choose the page, place the mark, then repeat on other pages that need the same signature or stamp. Review each page before exporting because the final PDF is flattened.

What flattening means

The exported signature becomes part of the page appearance. That makes it easier to share in normal PDF viewers, but it does not create a certificate signature and the placed mark is not meant to remain separately editable.
