Tips

Merge PDFs in the right order

Use this tool when you already have separate PDF files and want one combined document. Add the files, drag them into the final order, optionally limit each file to specific pages, then export the merged PDF.

Typical merge workflows

Check before downloading

The output follows the file list order, not the original file names. Review the list after sorting or dragging, and make sure each page range is still correct before you click Merge PDFs.

When another tool is better

Use Page Organizer when you need to rotate, delete, or duplicate individual pages inside one PDF. Use Split PDF when you need to extract pages from one document before combining them with other files.

FAQ

Can I reorder PDFs before I merge them?

Yes. Drag the file cards into the order you want, then run Merge. The merged PDF follows that list order exactly.

How do page ranges work for each input file?

Use values like 1-3, 5, or 2- to keep only selected pages from a file. Leave the range blank to include the entire PDF.

Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. This tool processes your PDF in your browser. Files are not uploaded to a server while you use the tool.

Will merging preserve every bookmark or form field?

The tool is designed to combine page content reliably. Complex bookmarks, attachments, scripts, or advanced form behavior may not survive exactly as they appeared in the original files.

What should I check if a file will not merge?

Try opening the PDF first to confirm it is not encrypted or corrupted. Very large files can also need more memory, so removing unused pages before merging often helps.
