Organize pages before exporting
Use the organizer when the final PDF should keep the same content but with a different page order, rotation, or page set. The source PDF remains unchanged.
What each page action is for
- Reorder: drag thumbnails to move pages into the final reading order.
- Delete: remove cover sheets, blank pages, or duplicate scans from the output.
- Rotate: fix sideways pages before exporting.
- Duplicate: repeat a page when a form, worksheet, or instruction sheet needs another copy.
When another PDF tool is a better fit

How do I move one page to a new position?
Drag the page thumbnail to the new position in the list. The exported PDF follows the thumbnail order you see before export.
Can I delete blank or duplicate pages?
Yes. Delete removes the page from the exported PDF only. The original source file stays unchanged unless you replace it yourself after download.
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Use the rotate control on that page thumbnail. Other pages keep their current orientation unless you rotate them too.
Can I make several versions from the same source PDF?
Yes. Export one version, change the page order or deleted pages, then export again with a distinct filename so each version is easy to verify.
Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. This tool processes your PDF in your browser. Files are not uploaded to a server while you use the tool.
