FAQ
How is the age difference counted?
The calculator sorts the two birth dates, counts complete years first, then complete months, then remaining days. It also shows total days and full weeks.
Can I use this as a regular age calculator?
Use Age Calculator when you need one person's current age. This page is for the age gap between two people or two birth dates.
How are February 29 birth dates handled?
Leap-day dates use month-end normalization when years or months are added, so February 29 remains stable across non-leap years.
What do total weeks and total days mean?
Total days are counted between UTC date-only midnights to avoid daylight-saving drift. Total weeks are full seven-day blocks plus the remainder days.
Are the birth dates saved?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. Birth dates are not sent to CalcBE or stored by this page.
